My Movement Mentor

We are passionate about helping clients to manage their health, wellbeing and independence with exercise designed to suit their goals and physical/medical conditions.

Education and empowerment are key to helping a client understand their condition and how to use movement to better manage it. This knowledge provides a solid platform to ensure safety, confidence and empowerment.

We ensure that a client feels ownership of their goals and we provide the knowledge, support and encouragement for them to succeed. Every client is unique and therefore every prescription is personalised.

If you would like to be stronger, fitter, flexible, mobile, balanced, healthier and happier, we are here to help you get there!
